Freshmen Mentorship Program
The Private Equity Group offers a semester long in depth introduction to investment banking and private equity fundamentals. Designed to thoroughly prepare selected freshmen for our more advanced workshop, the FMP program is a great introduction to finance. The program will be covering PE and IB technical knowledge, insights on navigating the recruitment process, and interview preparation. The workshop will be open the spring semester.

Do candidates need to have experience or knowledge about private equity to apply?
We are not expecting applicants to have a ton of private equity knowledge - that’s what FMP is for. But being able to talk about why you are interested in our program is what we care about most!
What is the program structure like and what can we expect from it?

What are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for freshmen with a strong interest in private equity and a desire to learn more than whats offered in our general meetings. No prior finance experience is needed, we are more concerned on why you want to be a part of our club!
