Gustavo Schwed
Faculty Advisor
Professor Schwed has over two decades of Private Equity experience. He was a former Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Private Equity and ran the firm’s Latin American Private Equity business. He was also a former Partner at Providence Equity, the world's largest media and telecommunications specialist private equity firm, where he oversaw the firm’s portfolio of over 50 companies. Professor Schwed currently teaches Private Equity Finance to undergraduate students and Private Equity Deal Analysis to MBA students. Professor Schwed serves as the Faculty Advisor for New York University Stern’s MBA Private Equity Club.
